Fees and Charges
Fees and charges are administered for a range of services and facilities and can be:
- Discretionary: Council is free to determine the charge; or
- Statutory or by-law controlled: levels are set by other tiers of government.
Council reviews discretionary fees and charges as part of its annual budget formulation process.
