Tai Chi and Qigong are mindful exercises which are performed slowly and smoothly for improved balance, energy and general wellbeing. Studies have shown that Tai Chi reduces stress levels, blood pressure and is one of the best exercises for falls prevention.
Classes run by Moving Meditation School of Tai Chi for people with experience practicing Tai Chi on Thursdays at the Unley Community Centre.
