Everybody has a secret

'Join Annabelle Lee and a roster of incredible guest co-hosts as they unpack the wild, never-been-told, real-life secrets of their listeners.'

Recommended by Caitlin
Everybody Has a Secret is a brand new podcast from the team at Shameless Media. The premise is that everyone has a secret, people write in and share their deepest darkest secrets and they get discussed by podcaster Annabelle Lee and guests ranging from Flex Mami, Louis Hanson and Samantha Andrew. Lee has a fascinating history with secrets and I have loved the analysis of why people keep secrets, the shame that is involved and what kinds of secrets people think are worth keeping.

 The Quicky

'Traditional news was designed by men for men but here at The Quicky, we’re flipping that on its head, and making news with women in mind. It’s what women are talking about today. Interesting stories. Intelligent conversation. Minus the shock and horror.'

'The ex-wife of Australian Soccer captain Johnny Warren, Marion suddenly quit her job, sold her house and went to England for a year-long holiday. Then she simply vanished. For 25 years her daughter Sally has been searching for her. This is Australia’s most-baffling missing persons case.'

Scamfluencers

'You never really know someone…especially online. In today’s world, the power of influence can be the quickest path to money and fame, and it often ends in ruin. These are the stories of the world’s most insidious Scamfluencers. And we are their prey. On Wondery’s new weekly series, join co-hosts Scaachi Koul and Sarah Hagi as they unpack epic stories of deception from the worlds of social media, fashion, finance, health, and wellness. These influencers claim to be everything from charismatic healers to trusted financial insiders to experts in dating. They cast spells over millions. Why do we believe them, and how does our culture allow them to thrive? From Black Swan Murder to a fake social media influencer to an audacious Hollywood Ponzi schemer, each season will take the listener along the twists and turns, the impact on victims, and what’s left when the facade falls away.'

Chat 10 looks 3

'A podcast with Annabel Crabb & Leigh Sales

A peripatetic podcast in which Leigh Sales and Annabel Crabb discuss what they're reading, watching, cooking, listening to or irrationally exhilarated by.

One of them likes show tunes and is a monster who chucks books once she's read them. The other one wrote this.'
