Unley Libraries

As COVID-19 restrictions are further eased, we are pleased to announce that the Unley and Goodwood Libraries will operate to pre-COVID opening hours from Monday June 15. Visitors can also return to the Unley Museum; reopening with modified hours.

Both Goodwood and Unley Libraries will reopen to their pre-COVID opening hours from Monday 15 June. Additional services will also resume, with customers able to:

  • Browse the collection
  • Book PC use for 30-minute sessions
  • Use photocopying and scanning services.

Toy Libraries

Goodwood Toy Library reopened Monday 15 June.

Unley Toy Library will reopen from Tuesday 23 June.

We’re very excited to reinstate these services to our community, while adhering to COVID-19 Safe requirements as guided by the State Government. When you visit our libraries, you will see signage in place to remind us of physical distancing and hygiene guidelines, to protect you, other visitors and staff. The maximum number of visitors to each library (excluding staff) is 20 at one time.

Unley Museum

The Unley Museum will reopen to visitors from Monday 15 June. The Museum will be open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday. While the opening hours are slightly reduced, we are excited that visitors can once again view the incredible artworks from Tandanya currently on display. Family and house history searches services will resume at a later date.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we prioritise the health and safety of our visitors and staff, and we look forward to seeing you at our Libraries and Museum in the near future.
