COVID-19 Latest Council Information

Following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, our facilities will reopen as planned tomorrow, Tuesday 24 November.
Please note, operations will be a little bit different as we adhere to the revised restrictions and physical distancing requirements, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both staff and visitors.
The following facilities will reopen normal business hours:
- Unley Civic Centre and Depot administration office
- Unley, Clarence Park and Fullarton Park Community Centres (Administration offices open Tuesday 24 November. Centre programs and new bookings resume Wednesday 25 November)
- Unley Libraries
- Unley Museum
- Unley Swimming Centre (open for lap swimming and rehabilitation sessions only, bookings essential).
Thank you for your patience and understanding. The City of Unley is guided by information and directives from our federal and state governments, peak health agencies and medical experts to inform our decisions. The health and wellbeing of our community is considered a priority.

Unley Civic Centre, Depot & Cottage
Unley Civic Centre reopening Tuesday 24 November.
- Please direct enquiries, including planning enquiries, to 8372 5111.
- Development applications can be viewed online
- Justice of the Peace services will not be available.
The Cottage (Oxford Terrace) reopening Tuesday 24 November.
Unley Depot administration office reopening Tuesday 24 November.
Libraries & Museum
Unley and Goodwood Libraries, including Library return chutes, reopening Tuesday 24 November.
Please be assured that your items have been renewed and no penalties will be imposed.
Unley Museum reopening Tuesday 24 November.
Unley Swimming Centre
Unley Swimming Centre reopening Tuesday 24 November.
Open for lap swimming and rehabilitation sessions only. Bookings essential.
Swim School, recreation sessions, birthday parties, carnivals and squad training remain cancelled until further notice.
Council run Community Centres
Administration offices open Tuesday 24 November. Centre programs and new bookings resume Wednesday 25 November:
- Unley Community Centre, including Circuit Café
- Fullarton Park Community Centre.
- Clarence Park Community Centre, including childcare services.

Council run programs & events
Continuation of events and activities will be considered against the revised COVID-19 requirements. Please contact event organisers for specific event updates.
Other impacted services
Community Bus will recommence from Monday 30 November.
Town Hall open for future bookings from Tuesday 24 November.
This is a challenging time for our business community. Restrictions will be updated as the State Government and SA Health continue to monitor the situation.

In reaching these decisions we have been very aware of the impact on our community. Recognising the rapid rate at which things are currently changing we will provide updates on Council services via our website and social media sites as they become available.

We know this is a stressful time for everyone and take the opportunity to remind you that the best sources of information are the SA Health website and the Government of SA website. Mental health support is available online from providers such as Beyond Blue and Lifeline.
