Let’s have a conversation about parking!

Earlier this year, we asked our community about their parking issues and ideas. 

In collaboration with the Shaping Unley Community Panel, we consolidated that feedback into a ‘Shaping Unley Parking Conversation Guide’ to address parking issues and improve how Council interacts with the community on parking matters.

The Guide presents ideas:

• To address identified issues:
  • parking congestion
  • parking accessibility and driveway access
  • road accessibility and narrow streets.
• To develop principles that Council can use to assist its ongoing decision-making on parking
• To improve the way Council engages with the community to achieve balanced solutions.
