Stage 4 of the premier cycling race will see the peloton set out from King William Road, Hyde Park Friday 18 January 2019.
Come and cheer local, national and international riders as they depart on a 129km ride through the Adelaide Hills to Campbelltown.
Mike Turtur, Race Director, Santos Tour Down Under said Unley is always well received as a stage start, having been involved in the race since 2000 as a start location.
“The riders always enjoy a stage start in Unley riding from the City of Adelaide Tour Village to the start line and being able to sit back, have a coffee before racing and interact with the fans,” said Mike Turtur.
“We expect big crowds on Stage 4, especially with the Unley start in such close proximity to the city and anticipating lots of cycling enthusiasts who are following the race to make their way to King William Road by bike!”
The Santos Tour Down Under will be staged 10 – 20 January 2019.
Local updates will be available on Council’s website as they become available.
