Easy Paced Walking Group

This walking group is for residents of the Eastern Adelaide region who are 65 years of age and above.

Join us for a walk around the local area, at your own pace. After the walk, join the group for coffee and conversation at a local cafe.

The group decides where they are walking from week to week. Transport to and from the walking group's meeting point may be available.

Walking has many benefits:

• Easy, accessible way to stay physically active
• Social contact and community spirit
• A safe way to be healthy

Held weekly on Tuesdays at 10am. Walk duration is 30-40 minutes, with rests for those who need. All abilities and mobility devices are welcome.

A My Aged Care ‘Social Support Group’ referral is required to access these services.
