Young entrepreneurs catch Fish Tank prizes

We are excited to announce the award winners from our Fish Tank Pitch Night.

Young participants presented their innovative ideas to judges at the Unley Town Hall in front of families and supporters in early May.

Congratulations to all entrants for their involvement and high standard of entry.

And the winners are…

In the 12 to 17-year-old category, winner Toby Cazzolato presented a new method of showing properties to potential holidaymakers through a ‘3D virtual tour’.

The second prize in this category was awarded to Peter Atsikbasis for his essential oil product ‘’. Breathe in ‘’ in the morning to awaken afresh and motivated for the day ahead.

In the senior category for 18 to 25-year-olds, the first prize went to Nick Timms, whose concept focused on building a brand and website where young people can create unique T-shirt designs to express their personality.

The second prize in this category was awarded to Dylan Quinn-Valentine for his business idea, ‘Student Abroad.’ This unique service purchases and delivers essential items, along with instructions for use, to incoming international students during their first week in the country.

Both category winners, Toby and Nick, aim to develop their concepts into real businesses with the advice and support they receive from program mentors.

We thank our sponsors  Business SA and Rotary Club of Unley for their support for the 2021 Fish Tank.
