Strength for Life

People participating in Strength for Life program

In partnership with the Council of the Ageing (COTA), the Strength for Life program offers quality strength training programs to people over the age of 50.

Participants receive a tailored exercise program designed to improve and increase muscle strength and endurance and improve balance and cardiovascular health. Classes are also a great way to have fun and meet new people at the same time.

A one-off personal assessment is required before commencing the program.

Please note: All our sessions are currently booked out, however we do have a waiting list - please contact one of our participating centres for further information.

Cost:

  • One-off personal assessment fee - $50
  • Single class - $10. Free complimentary first class.
  • Prepaid card for ten classes - $90
  • Prepaid card for five classes - $50

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, various times.
