We will be making following dishes:
Krupnik: traditional Polish barley soup known for its hearty, comforting nature, nourishing for winter days. It's made with meat broth, root vegetables and barley or quinoa.
Leczo: a popular comfort food stew made with capsicum, zucchini, onions and smoked sausage.
Fresh bread rolls.
Racuchy: traditional Polish thick, fluffy fritters made from yeast dough filled with apples (popular snack or dessert).
Cost: $10 each (includes tastings)
