Come and gain a greater understanding of the risk factors, warning signs and diet, and l for breast cancer prevention.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and an illness that touches the heart of many. . Learn from a degree qualified nutritionist and breast cancer survivor in a safe space where you can ask questions, hear her story and be guided by evidence-based information.

Presenter Angelica-Hazel Toutounji is a women's health nutritionist with an undergraduate degree in Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) and a Masters in Reproductive Medicine. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life but has a special interest in preconception to postpartum nutrition. She is also a wife, mother and breast cancer survivor, and an ambassador for the Hospital Research Foundation.
