Makerspace events are 18+ years only.
In this hands-on workshop, local chef Gus Dalay-on will show how to carve flowers, leaves, butterflies, and other designs out of everyday fruits and vegetables. These can be used as garnishes or centerpieces to enhance the appearance of food platters. You will take home your own creations.
