Help shape safer and more liveable streets in Malvern, Fullarton and Highgate

We’re developing a Local Area Traffic Management Plan for Zone 4 (LATM4) to make your local streets safer, calmer and more liveable for everyone.

The Zone 4 area covers Highgate and parts of Malvern and Fullarton, bounded by Unley Road, Wattle Street, Fullarton Road and Cross Road.

Based on traffic data and community feedback collected over the past five years, Council has identified 10 proposed recommendations to improve safety and access across the area.

Together, the 10 recommendations aim to reduce speeds, improve safety at key hotspots, and create more liveable neighbourhood streets, while balancing access for all road users.

Now we want to hear from you.

Have your say

If you live, work, study or spend time in the area, your insights are essential.

We’re asking you to:

  • Tell us what you think about the 10 proposed recommendations
  • Share your experiences of traffic and safety issues
  • Suggest new ideas or improvements we may have missed

Your feedback will help shape a plan that reflects the needs and priorities of your community.

Get involved – 3 easy ways

  1. Complete the survey - Share your feedback on the 10 proposed recommendations
  2. Add a marker to the map - Pinpoint specific locations and highlight additional issues or ideas directly on the map.
  3. Attend a community meeting - Speak with the project team, ask questions and share your ideas in person.

Whether it’s feedback on the current proposals or a new idea, we want to hear from you.
