The session demystifies artificial intelligence by showing how people already use AI in everyday life and at work, often without realising it. Participants are guided through hands‑on examples of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, learning what each tool is best for - from productivity and creative tasks to research and fact‑checking.
This session is being presented by Zoran Opacic – Digital Literacy Programs Officer, Public Library Services (State Library of South Australia). Delivered in partnership with Good Things Foundation Australia and Libraries SA.
