I am a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and completed my Yoga teaching training qualification in 2009.
Knowledge of the body and how it works and heals has been an incredible asset to teaching and guiding Yoga students.
Everybody is different, in shape and range of motion. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace and stay safe.
