Skylight Mental Health Group Activity Program runs groups for people experiencing mental health challenges.
The program promotes wellbeing in a supportive environment where people can build skills, develop friendships, be accepted and connect with the community from the Goodwood Community Centre where we run 3 groups: Music, Art and ‘Cooking for One’.
A separate group orientation needs to be completed before attending.
