What are Campaign titles?

Each month BorrowBox release a number of popular titles that can be offered as simultaneous usage titles, so a large number of our customers can borrow this title at the same time up to a total of 500 loans! Campaign titles are promoted for 1 month, and any of the 500 loans unused in that period will be available the next month as well.

How to access BorrowBox

• For the best experience, we recommend using the BorrowBox app for tablets or mobile phones (iOS or Android). These can be downloaded from your device's app store.

• Please note there are two BorrowBox collections available to you - LibrariesSA and Unley Libraries BorrowBox ePress for newspapers. You can visit either on your computer by clicking these links or the buttons below. If you are using the app, you will need to make sure you have both collections (if you want to access both).

• To add a collection to your app for the first time:
  • Download the BorrowBox app.
  • Open the app and you will be prompted to select a library. You can search for either the Unley Libraries collection or the LibrariesSA collection (if you need both collections, the other collection can be added later once you are signed in). 
  • Enter your library card number and PIN and choose Join.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • You are now signed in and can navigate using the menu at the bottom of the screen.
• To add a collection to your app when already signed in:
  • At the top right corner of the screen you will find a small icon of a person's head. Touch this icon and a window will appear showing your accounts. Accounts are collections.
  • To add another account choose +Account.
  • Search for either LibrariesSA or Unley depending on which account you need:
    • you need to add LibrariesSA for books and audiobooks
    • you need Unley Libraries if you would like to read newspapers
  • You will need to sign into whichever account you choose with your library membership number and PIN.
  • Sign in and you will now have access to the collection.
• To switch between collections in the app, choose the account icon at the top right and you will be able to choose the collection you wish to use. 
• If at any time you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask library staff.

Lending limits on BorrowBox

• Up to 10 eBooks, 10 eAudiobooks and 10 eMagazines at a time
• Loans are for a 21 day period
• Titles can be renewed up to two times if there are no holds.
