Our story-based guides for Unley and Goodwood Toy Libraries aim to make visits to our toy libraries more comfortable and welcoming for children and the adults who support them.
The guides explain the toy library experience for children, step by step, in a simple and reassuring way with the help of Happy, the koala. They show what to expect during a visit to the toy library, including how to enter the space, explore the collection, borrow and return items.
We hope that these guides will help families to feel informed and ease anxieties before they arrive, especially families of children who benefit from extra preparation, lower-stress transitions and clear expectations.
