Centennial Park Cemetery Authority is a body corporate established as a Regional Subsidiary in accordance with the relevant provision of the Local Government Act 1999.
The property of the Authority is held on behalf of the constituent owner Councils, the Cities of Unley and Mitcham.
A Board of Management, consisting of independent members, is responsible for the administration of affairs of the subsidiary. There is also an Owner’s Executive Committee which comprises the Mayor, one councillor and the Chief Executive Officer from each of the Constituent Councils.
