Learn what a low carb/ keto lifestyle looks like in everyday practice.

Dr Carolyn Harris developed an interest in this lifestyle as an effective management for epilepsy. She then discovered its potential to prevent and reverse most of the common chronic diseases that are occurring in younger ages and in greater numbers in our community now.

But even better still, what her patients have shown her is that low carb lifestyle provides hope and empowerment to them and allows them to take back control of their future.

Presented by Dr Carolyn Harris

Dr Carolyn Harris is a wholistic metabolic GP with over 30 years’ experience. She has a special interest in mitochondria and brain health because she has a 23-year-old son with catastrophic epilepsy. He has taught her the essence of quality care lies in our relationships with each other and with the environment. Dr Carolyn Harris works at Integrative Health Solutions at Belair and will be talking about restoring optimal health by leaning into our biological systems that repair and heal us naturally.
