Skylight Mental Health Group Activity Program runs groups for people experiencing mental health challenges.
The program promotes wellbeing in a supportive environment where people can build skills, develop friendships, be accepted and connect with the community.
Tuesdays 1.40 - 4pm
Clarence Park Community Centre, 72-74 East Avenue, Black Forest
Cost: NDIS and Non-NDIS spots available. A separate group orientation needs to be completed before attending. Please call Skylight to arrange a time.
