Exercise increases emotional wellbeing at any age, including release of stress, increase of self-confidence and motivation. We believe there is always a reason for every person to learn self-defence.

Wednesdays

Kids Taekwondo	5.45 - 6.15pm
Teens and Adults Taekwondo	5.45 - 6.30pm
Adults Hapkido	6.30pm

Kids Taekwondo: develop confidence, fitness, and self-defence

Teens and Adults Taekwondo: learn traditional techniques, sparring, dynamic kicks and self-defence moves

Adults Hapkido: based on the ancient Korean art of Hapkido, “The way of harmony and inner power”

NB This event has been temporarily relocated from its usual venue at Goodwood Community Centre due to Centre renovations in July.
