During the holiday season, opening hours will temporarily change for Council's facilities.
Skylight Mental Health Group Activity Program runs groups for people experiencing mental health challenges.
The program promotes wellbeing in a supportive environment where people can build skills, develop friendships, be accepted and connect with the community from the Goodwood Community Centre where we run 3 groups: Music, Art and ‘Cooking for One’.
A separate group orientation needs to be completed before attending.

NB Due to Centre renovations at Goodwood Community Centre in July this event has been temporarily relocated to Unley Town Hall, 181 Unley Rd, Unley (entry via Oxford Tce) for 2, 23 and 30 July. There is no alternative venue available for 9 and 16 July.
