Dr James Muecke AM is an ophthalmologist, founder of Sight For All and the 2020 Australian of the Year. A passionate advocate for metabolic health, he has become a leading voice in diabetes prevention and remission after witnessing the devastating impact of diabetes-related blindness. Dr Muecke champions evidence-based lifestyle approaches, including therapeutic carbohydrate reduction, to improve health outcomes and reduce the burden of chronic disease.
Dr Carolyn Harris
Dr Carolyn Harris is a holistic metabolic GP with more than 30 years of clinical experience and a special interest in mitochondrial and brain health. Inspired by her family's lived experience with epilepsy, she is passionate about restoring health by working with the body's natural healing systems. Dr Carolyn combines evidence-informed medicine with a holistic approach to help individuals and communities achieve better metabolic health.

Nicole Moore is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Co-Founder of Low Carb Keto Health with more than 20 years of clinical experience specialising in metabolic health, women's health and therapeutic carbohydrate reduction. Dr Tony Sangster (retired) combines his medical background with nearly 60 years of lived experience with Type 1 Diabetes. Through honest storytelling, he shares the realities, challenges and lessons of living with diabetes, offering a unique perspective that is both informative and inspiring. His presentation reminds us of the resilience, adaptability and hope that can accompany chronic disease.
Rosalie Rotolo
Rosalie Rotolo is a business mentor, coach and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful businesses. As the founder of Bottega Rotolo, she grew a small family business into a nationally recognised premium food and wine importer before selling the business after 28 years.
