Purpose of the sessions

Yoga is an ancient philosophy that has been practiced for centuries, but in modern times, the physical and meditative aspect of Yoga provides as a gentle form of exercise and stress management. There are many different varieties of yoga, but each one essentially relies on structured poses (asanas) and movements practiced with breath awareness.
