If you’re still dissatisfied, you can ask us to conduct an internal review of the decision.

Council has established a procedure for an Internal Review of Council Decision, in accordance with Section 270(1) of the Local Government Act 1999, that provides guidelines for how we will handle formal requests for a review of a decision of Council, its employees, and other people acting on behalf of Council.

Pursuant to Section 270 of the Local Government Act 1999, an application for review must be accompanied by payment of a prescribed fee of $20.
