Health and Wellness: Mums and Bubs Nutrition

Presenter Angelica-Hazel Toutounji is a women's health nutritionist with an undergraduate degree in Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) and a Masters in Reproductive Medicine. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life but has a special interest in preconception to postpartum nutrition. She is also a wife, mother, and breast cancer survivor, and an ambassador for the Hospital Research Foundation. 

Cut through the information overload, connect with other Mums and learn from a women’s health nutritionist. This workshop will cover the best diet and lifestyle strategies for postpartum replenishment, breastfeeding nutrition, and introducing solids.
