The Clarence Park Community Centre Small Meeting Room is available for hire on a regular or casual basis. It is suitable as a venue for small community groups and meetings. Inspections are welcome.

Small Meeting Room total area: 3.8 x 3.3m.
Maximum 8 people.
Maximum room capacity is set by the Centre to ensure fire and evacuation safety.
$12 per hour
A bond of $100 will be required. Bond is refundable subject to meeting the terms and conditions of hire.
Note: Set-up and pack-up times are counted as hire and must be included in hire times required.
How to hire?
1. Read the Conditions of Hire and Download the application.

2. Contact the Event Coordinator 8293 8166 prior to completing the application to check availability and make a tentative booking.
3. Deliver the application to the Event Coordinator at the Clarence Park Community Centre or the email email@example.com.
