Our large main hall with a stage and optional commercial kitchen can accommodate up to 105 people and is available for private functions, charitable organisations and community groups. Inspections are welcome.

Main Hall area (not including kitchen or stage): 210m2

Maximum 105 people.

Maximum room capacity is set by the Centre to ensure fire and evacuation safety. 

Hire fees

 

Main Hall only

 Times  Rate

Weekdays

$36 per hour (up to four hours), or
$230 per day (up to eight hours)

Weekends

$52 per hour (up to four hours), or
$295 per day (up to eight hours)

 

Main Hall plus kitchen

 Times  Rate

Weekdays

$42 per hour (up to four hours), or
$260 per day (up to eight hours)

Weekends

$62 per hour (up to four hours), or
$325 per day (up to eight hours)

 

A bond will be required depending upon the type of function. Bond is refundable subject to meeting the terms and conditions of hire.

Note: Set-up and pack-up times are counted as hire and must be included in hire times required.

2. Contact the Centre on 8372 5128 prior to completing the application to check availability and make a tentative booking. 

3. Deliver the application to the Unley Community Centre office or email via ucc@unley.sa.gov.au
