We’re working on a project to strengthen social support and community connections for residents aged 65 and over in the City of Unley — with the help of two passionate UniSA students, Gagan and Greta.

We’re looking to hear from:

  • Residents aged 65+ in the City of Unley, or
  • Carers of someone aged 65+ in the City of Unley

If this is you, we’d like to hear your thoughts on the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) — which offers in-home help, social activities, and transport to support independent living.

You can complete the survey online or pick up at hard copy at our centres and libraries.
