You can request a Replacement Parking Permit if:
- you have lost or damaged your parking permit label.
- you have changed your vehicle linked to your parking permit.
- You have an existing Fixed permit, which you would like to transfer to a Transferable permit (subject to Permit eligibility).
Visit us in person at 181 Unley Road, Unley, during business hours, to complete your application.
You will need:
- Your previous permit number (if known).
- A copy of your new vehicle registration number (if your vehicle has changed).
- Return your current permit label (if your vehicle has changed).
There is a fee of $10.00 payable at the time of application.
You may be required to complete a signed statutory declaration to support your application.
Upon payment you will receive a Permit Pending slip, so that you may continue to park in the applicable location while your application is being processed and your new label is being mailed to you.
