The Clarence Park Community Centre Main Hall is available for hire on a regular or casual basis. It is suitable as a venue for community groups and private functions. Inspections are welcome.

Main Hall area (not including kitchen or stage): 237.5m2

  • Stage: 7 x 3m
  • Area directly in front of stage: 12.5 x 3m
  • Dance floor area: 14 x 8.5m
  • Rear of hall: 9 x 9m

Maximum 120 people.

Maximum room capacity is set by the Centre to ensure fire and evacuation safety. 


Hire Fees

Monday - Friday before 6pm

 $25 per hour

Monday - Thursday after 6pm

 $37 per hour
Friday after 6pm
All day Saturday and Sunday
 $45 per hour


A bond will be required depending upon the type of function. Bond is refundable subject to meeting the terms and conditions of hire.

Note: Set-up and pack-up times are counted as hire and must be included in hire times required.

2. Contact the Event Coordinator 8293 8166 prior to completing the application to check availability and make a tentative booking.
