Sonya is a recipient of the Order of Australia Medal for her dedicated efforts to make Australia one of the toughest on online crime. She has devoted her life to safeguarding children and creating safer online experiences for them. Sonya had stepped back from regular presentation years ago to focus on international advocacy work, which makes this is a rare opportunity to hear her speak.
