What is Active Ageing?
Active Ageing is making the most of your opportunities to age well. This includes staying healthy, being connected to your community and enjoying a quality of life that includes respect from others and a strong sense of purpose.
The City of Unley has committed to supporting our residents to age well by having a Council Strategy to guide our actions and by being a World Health Organisation (WHO) Age-Friendly City.

Active Ageing – where to start?
