Prof Emer Barbara Santich will talk about the French influences on Adelaide's 19th Century wining and dining culture.

Food historian and author Professor Emer Barbara Santich discusses the influence of French nationals Edouard Bourbaud, Joseph Foureur, Léon Mazure, Michel Billiet and others who played a significant role in shaping Adelaide's gastronomic culture. SA we were a little bit français.

Includes light refreshments. Hosted by Unley Museum and Libraries.
