Attention all visitors to popular Page Park!

Due to recent reports Council has received about dogs, we want to ensure everyone's safety and their enjoyment of the park. Starting from the beginning of June, the regulatory services team will be increasing patrols by compliance officers to enforce some of the essential rules for dog owners. Please take note of the following key areas we will be looking at.

Leash Requirement: Between 10am and 5pm, all dogs must be on a leash. This helps maintain a secure environment for all park users during peak times.

Off-Leash Control: Outside of the designated leash hours when your furry friend is off-leash, please ensure they are under effective control at all times. This means having them respond promptly to your commands and maintaining close supervision.

Clean Up After Your Dog: We kindly ask that every dog owner carries a bag for picking up after their four-legged companions. Keeping the park clean is a shared responsibility and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

Increased Patrolling: Our regulatory services team will be diligently monitoring compliance of these rules. Their presence will help maintain a safe and harmonious atmosphere within the park.

Expiations and Fines: Offences observed during patrols will incur penalties. Fines for non-compliance start at $170. We believe that enforcing these regulations will help encourage responsible pet ownership and contribute to a better park experience for everyone.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines. Let's work together to create a wonderful, dog-friendly environment at Page Park. You'll find more information on responsible dog ownership on this website.
