As Australians, we are all here, woven into this country.
As part of our reconciliation journey, there are truths to tell, stories to celebrate, and relationships to grow.
Reconciliation is at the heart of our nations’ future.
Join us on our nation’s reconciliation journey.

The City of Unley would like to acknowledge this land is the traditional lands for the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country.

We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.

The City of Unley has in recent times made significant steps towards Reconciliation. We take Reconciliation and ongoing dialogue with our Indigenous community very seriously as part as of our rich and progressive cultural agenda.

Unfortunately, this year we were unable to acknowledge this significant time in our calendar with our usual events, but we will be looking at other options to acknowledge our Aboriginal and Torres Strait culture.

Please visit the Reconciliation SA or Reconciliation Australia websites for a host of resources and further information regarding National Reconciliation Week, including how you can get involved.
